Most have never heard of Seed Cycling. So what is it?
Seed Cycling is a natural method by which to address the entire endocrine system to bring balance to all hormone production, activity, and regulation to hormonal pathways. These have been established through the years to stimulate the endocrine system to do what it was intended; to produce or encourage production of hormones needed by the body. Some methods use just seeds, better ones include oils. Some start you on the first day of your cycle (if you still have one) and the best, start at any time but follow the phases of the moon.
Why is that, you ask? We are beings that function best according to rhythms and cycles. We wake up and go to sleep according to our circadian rhythm. We have annual cycles (seasons) that affect us with changes from one to another. We are affected by the moon. Most women are more familiar with this as when one in on time, will begin their cycle in sync with the moon’s cycle.
Because the chart (see below) changes at the end of each year and is replaced with a new one for each current year, you will be directed to another one of my sites where you can see the current chart/calendar along with all the pertinent information to help you know what Seed Cycling is, how it works, why you would want to incorporate it into your daily life, and how it can benefit you.
