  • Contains Calzbone / which also contains Cissus Quadrangularis (possible the only good ingredient), however, Calzbone also contains
  • Calcium which should not be supplemented. [Calzbone® is a clinically researched botanical extract known to support bone health and bone mineral density, and contains a proprietary natural spectrum of key plant based forms of phytohormones, phytosterols, calcium, and Vitamin D, all of which are compounds that support the building of healthy bones.] This would then have you supplementing calcium at 400 mg of calcium malate.
  • Calzbone also contains chelated Magnesium @ 82 mg.
  • Calzbone also contains magnesium stearate.
  • Calzbone also contains Boron @1.5 mg.

  • MenaQ7 made from Chickpeas (Contains antinutrients pytates, oxalates, lectins, saponins, Glyphosate; and phytoestrognes that disrupt the endocrine system)
  • Additional Calcium @400 mg (Hydroxyapatite) Calcium should not be supplemented. It increases heart attacks, more bone loss, greater risk of fractures; being alkaline, also neutralizes stomach acid and therefore destroys the ability to properly digest food, leading to fermentation and Leaky Gut equalling nutrient loss. Calcium also causes constipation. Also, supplementing calcium helps only 1% the first year with little to no gain thereafter.
  • Essentially, this product is having you supplement calcium that appears to be 400 mg Hydroxyapatite (a better form) and another approx. 400 mg in the CalZbone (Total 800 mg)
  • Vitamin D3 – In addition to the 400 I.U. of D2 found in Calzbone, this adds another 2000 I.U. of D3 which should not be supplemented according to experts.
  • Rice Flour (Rice contains arsenic)

At 800 mg of calcium, one should get 800 to 1600 mg of Magnesium. This falls severely short at only 82mg found in the Calzbone portion. The K2 is not proportionate to the D2/D3 which should be 100 mcg per every 1000 I.U. of vitamin D. At 2400 I.U. this should have 240 mcg of K2 yet has only 180 mcg. This is a tricky combined product using a complete product as “one ingredient” which shows only in this as Cissus Quadrangularis. It has much more than that. When considering a product, one should always look up each ingredient to know fully what it is and is made from. This makes it hard which is why I also had to look up Calzbone sometimes back when doing a previous review. It is also important to know how ingredients fit together both in the product and in your regime to use for healing. This is a prime example of why it is best to avoid “blended’ products. Sometimes, you just don’t know what you’re getting by what is listed in the ingredients.
