
I don’t necessarily recommend the collagen products shown or collagen peptides per se, as they often lack tryptophan to make them complete proteins. Without tryptophan, the amino acids in most collagen peptide products may not be fully utilized by the body when attempting to produce collagen as needed in the various forms that the body uses. While one can obtain tryptophan separately, it seems best when taking a supplement to start with a collagen product that is already a complete protein.
