Supplements For Osteoporosis

When it comes to supplements, they should be as clean as your food and, whenever possible, from food sources, with organic being best. This is especially important with some, such as Vitamin D (after sun exposure first), more than others.

The linked article has most of the “Golden Dozen” nutrients in the cleanest and most appropriate supplements I have found. While you can buy them on your own and from other sources, the links provided are to the best sources for price and quality I could find. Keep in mind, if the linked source is out of stock, turn to the manufacturer, if applicable and needed, or you may need to seek other sources using the link in the article to “Web Sources For Supplements,” which has many sites that sell globally.

Not all of the Golden Dozen nutrients are featured with a photo and link to purchase, but if and when needed, you will find links below on the page, as well as “alternatives” that may be used to obtain the supplement you seek.

Keep in mind also, as with most nutrients, these supplements are meant to “supplement” what you do not or will not get from your diet/food each day. Then only what lacks in the RDI values should be sought, and then only as the nutrient you need. Seeking “blended” supplements as “one magic pill” is not advised.

This is the Supplements for Osteoporosis to help “supplement” what you don’t get from food/diet first.

Let’s continue to Open the Doors to Reverse and Heal Osteoporosis!
