One of the biggest complaints I hear from clients and others is that of indigestion, heartburn, Acid Reflux, and G.E.R.D. Many don’t understand the process and the need for sufficient acid, including most Western Medical doctors. If you’ve been treated for this condition, you are likely on the wrong path for healing.
Though this is not directly related to osteoporosis, this article was rewritten in part as so many with osteoporosis find themselves in need of help, especially if they have taken calcium supplements in any form or, in the more usual case, if they have had issues and been prescribed antacids or Proton-Pump Inhibitors (PPIs).
You will find two versions of the protocol in the following article from my blog site (To Your Health). The first or primary is the regular protocol, which I strongly suggest avoiding unless necessary and only after first applying the secondary or alternative for a week or two or longer. The reason for this is due to the use of ACIDS, which cause buffering, and for those with osteoporosis, the last thing we want to do is further diminish bone mineral density. So the alternative is suggested first. If results are lacking after a couple of weeks, one with osteoporosis can switch, but I strongly suggest it be followed no more than one to two weeks before going back to the alternative method. This will save your bones! If you wish to learn more about why certain acids should be avoided, I’ve provided a link above.
For now, know that your best bone health will be to avoid acids of those mentioned and focus on the “non-citrus” digestive bitters, Betaine HCL, and non-citrus enzymes. Also, you will read the suggestion of practicing seed cycling, as this helps in the production of hormonal/enzymes needed in the digestive process.
This protocol ended my acid reflux and has been effective for tens of thousands. It works! Give it a try, but also note you should stop eating foods that easily ferment and lead to the second production of acid that leads to the symptoms and destruction of esophageal tissue. Also note, certain medications may need to be stopped. IF you are currently taking a PPI or similar medication, you may need to wean off of it, but this should be done as quickly as possible as you find the symptoms fading.
Most people applying these protocols have resolved their acid indigestion/reflux or G.E.R.D. in just weeks.
