
Sound, restful sleep is essential for hormone balance, healing, and much more. If you are not getting a restful 8-10 hours of sleep each night (and getting to sleep on time and regularly), you are not going to see the kind of healing you may need to fully address and resolve your condition.
There are many reasons some don’t sleep as they should. It could be stress, worry, injury, medications, or outside influences such as caffeine, and one of the more common is a hormonal imbalance or deficiency. These can be addressed so you can get the sleep you need.
