  1. Thanks, Douglas. I’ve found all of these products, except the Ionic Zinc, can be purchased on Amazon. I prefer not shopping on Amazon but in this case it is a labor saver. Before starting this regimen you’ve so obviously researched I needed to wind down with the supplements I currently take. However, I do take Emerald Labs Cholesterol Health supplement (for my familial high cholesterol) and am wondering if you know off hand of any negative interactions with any of the products recommended? I have osteopenia that slightly declined at my last bone scan so I don’t take calcium any more and am looking forward to starting the regimen you’ve listed.

Keep up the good work! Marcia

    1. LOL I started this earlier then forgot where I was. I had stated that you may have been seeing the old original that was a “blog” rather than one of the pages which actually has a link. So depending on which you’ve seen, you may have missed it. I have correct the link so all now take you to my blog site (To Your Health) where I can maintain just one copy to keep things up to date better. Here is the link so you can see the different ones I have listed. At least two are ionic. https://toyourhealth979994037.wordpress.com/2019/08/20/supplements-for-osteoporosis-2/

      1. Actually, both links took me to the same supplements. I started this morning with the copper taste test. No taste. Tomorrow will double the drops to see if there’s any taste. According to your Supplement Dosage Chart, 2 mg/day should suffice (especially since I have Osteopenia, not Osteoporosis).

    2. I realize this is a genetic thing but you should know some things doctors have wrong about cholesterol. A study, women, especially with high cholesterol live longer; they have greater longevity. I have the study/article if you wish to see it let me know. Another is that dietary cholesterol does NOT cause heart disease. Cholesterol does not cause heart disease. But as for anything affecting or interacting with that, none that I know of. Whether they might interact with any medications, I don’t believe so but you might want to consult with a good Naturopathic physician or a pharmacologist (not pharmacist).

      1. VERY interesting! Yes, I’m definitely interested in the study/article and would appreciate you sending it to me. My mother was 91 when she passed away and I don’t think she was ever treated for her high cholesterol. Well, except when she ended up in a nursing home and was immediately put on a regimen of drugs. Had to get my ex (internist) involved to order dispensing away with the meds!
