Steps To Optimum Health

“The Steps to Optimum Health” is a set of healing and maintenance protocols used by an elite group of natural physicians. I was first introduced to these to some extent when I first began my healing journey, and they are what I consider responsible for most of the healing I experienced (aside from diet). Combined with a ketogenic Paleo diet, they, together, allowed me to heal all my thirty-plus conditions in six months or less. I continue to practice these daily to maintain the optimal health I achieved by applying them.


Because others have also found healing or at least, immense improvement in their conditions, if not healing or as yet, I continue to encourage others to follow them; at least as many of them as possible. I have seen the lives and health of many others changed for the better as well.


If you want to find healing – and healing for your bones, I highly encourage practicing these protocols daily. I have yet to see them fail anyone. These, especially when applied in conjunction with the right diet (one that involves nutritional ketosis), will do more to help you heal your bones and almost any condition, and in the shortest amount of time. If nothing else, you will “feel” more alive, healthier, and more confident of ongoing improvement . . . giving your body the ammunition it needs to heal . . . and nothing can be more encouraging than that.
